PNC condemns (Bennett) decision, and considers it an implementation of "Netanyahu" decision to annex large parts of the occupied West Bank

PNC considered the decision of the Minister of the Israeli Occupation Army (Naftali Bennett) to consider registering the occupied Palestinian territories in the area named "C" in the Land Registry of the Israeli Ministry of Justice, instead of the so-called "Civil Administration" according to Hebrew media, which is a practical interpretation of the settler government vision headed by Netanyahu to annex large areas of the occupied West Bank.

In a statement issued by its Speaker, Mr. Saleem Al-Za’anoun, on Friday evening, PNC affirmed that this settlement measure comes in implementation of the statements of the Israeli Prime Minister, regarding the annexation of the entire Palestinian Jordan Valley and the northern Dead Sea and settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories, which is followed by the announcement of the US Secretary of State on "Legitimacy" of settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

This measure is a gross and flagrant violation of the rules of international law, international humanitarian law, the provisions of the United Nations Charter and its resolutions, especially Security Council Resolution 2334 of 2016, Mr. Al-Za’anoun said, and is inseparable from American public support for this settlement policy, which is led by the extreme rightists in Israel, who practice terrorism, organized crime, human rights violations, land grabbing, storming sacred sites, arresting and killing of Palestinians.

In the same statement, PNC added that this new colonial measure constitutes a new war crime, added to the record of crimes committed by the leaders of the Israeli occupation and the settlers against the Palestinian people and their land and sanctities. PNC is calling for isolating the occupation and settlement and all its colonial activities in the Palestinian territories.

PNC called on the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to expedite the publication of the "Black List" of companies that deal with and / or operate in Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories.
